The Legend of And Burger
And Burger started from a strange idea. Not a restaurant. The idea was simply to create a place where people could stop, grab a hotdog, talk, and maybe one day become real estate clients. During those early conversations a friend from America, Eric, who owns the famous Twin Peaks Drive-In, said something simple that changed everything. “If you want to do food, do burgers. I will teach you.” He even allowed us to use his restaurant as the root and inspiration.
From that moment the project became an obsession. Hundreds of hours were spent learning the craft, testing beef, buns, fries, onions, and sauces until every recipe was perfect. The goal was never to build another fast food chain. The goal was simple: make the best burgers possible without cutting corners.
Pattaya noticed quickly. What started as a small idea turned into one of the most loved burger spots in the city. Now And Burger keeps evolving with custom burger kiosks and a second branch opening. But one part of the story will never change. The roots go back to a small American burger restaurant and to Eric, the friend who helped start the legend.
